All Boarderie products are shipped in temperature-controlled, insulated packaging with ice packs to ensure your cheese and charcuterie stay chilled and fresh during transit.

Are the boards pre-arranged or do I have to build them?

Our boards arrive fully pre-arranged and ready to eat. Simply remove the board from the vacuum-sealed packaging, let it reach room temperature, and serve.

Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?

Yes, you can select your preferred delivery date at checkout. We recommend choosing a date 1-2 days before your event to ensure timely arrival.

Do you offer options for dietary restrictions?

What is your return policy for food items?

How long will my board stay fresh after arrival?

When kept refrigerated in its original vacuum seal, your board will stay fresh for up to 7-10 days. Once opened, we recommend consuming the contents within 24 hours for optimal flavor.
